On March 24, 2022, our Georgian partner Civil Forum organized an informational meeting with young students.
The students were from different high schools of Gori municipality which had been the ground of armed conflict in 2008 during the Georgia-Russia war. The students were informed about the project, its aim, and its goals. Civil Forum project coordinator – Nona first conducted a PowerPoint presentation about the project, and then answered the questions.
Students were highly interested in the peace issues and they found the project appealing. Their endorsement of the project was further increased when they found out they could read and study the modules in Georgian language.
