Meeting Agenda: From 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
i. Presentation of each partner representative.
ii. Check that the project proceeds according to the plan, monitoring the progress of work and taking corrective measures where appropriate.
iii. Discussion, assessment and evaluation of the IO1 & IO2, number of users and certificates issued. Partners discussed on how to raise the number of users on e-learning modules and number of users to reach the target set within March, 2022.
iv. Discussion about the state of development of Peace Training Manual (IO3) in English and the translation of the document in all partner languages.
v. Discussion about the development of the Policy Recommendation (IO4), the editorial guidelines and contents to be included as well as the division among the partners.
vi. Final Meeting, discussion on possible dates and format. The meeting should be hosted by Civil Forum in Tbilisi, Georgia in the second part of March, 2022.
vii. Discussion about the local multiplier events that will be organized in the first part of March, 2022, in all partner countries.
viii. Discussion on project dissemination strategies and local dissemination events.
